Need help with a game file please

I'm looking for someone willing to help me. I'm looking for the game file/text of the "trivia" in War Thunder; the little tidbits about planes and pilots etc. I play on a PS5 and can't access the game files. I'm working on a little project and want to include some of these historical bits. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks, Edge~

Edge I looked, thats the stuff that displays on the loading screen. I don't see anything in the files...I'm pretty sure thats server side stuff. I did find one possible BIN file in the GUI folder but no way to open it...
